Lilla Loui fick meningokocker och sepsis, så kallad meningokocksepsis, bara 6 månader gammal. Som för så många andra drabbade så upptäckte inte läkarna detta för det tyvärr var för sent och han kunna inte räddas.

Är vaccinerna mot meningokocker som används effektiva? Ja, de är oerhört effektiva.
Hade vi i Sverige haft vaccinerna MenACWY och MenB i vaccinationsprogrammet så hade Mathias sitt liv kunna räddats. Hur många flera ungdomar är vi villiga att offra innan det blir ett faktum?
